RATES & POLICIES

Policies

The studio will open 10 minutes before the first class of the day.
No small children may be left unattended in the lobby. They must be seated with a parent.
NO GUM is allowed anywhere in our school!
Water bottles are welcome - no sport drinks or pop.
Please remember to use the restroom before class.
Classes are rarely cancelled due to bad weather. Check our website or call the studio after 3:00pm and any cancellations will be announced.
Put names in everything! We are not responsible for items left in the cubby/coat hook area.

Non-Refundable Registration Fee: $40 per family, good for 1 year

Payment Options:

One payment in full. If paid by August 31, receive 5% discount off total tuition!
Divide tuition into 8 equal monthly payments (Sept.-Apr.) Payments are due the 1st of the month. After the 10th, a $10 late fee will be added.

There is a $30 fee on all returned checks. Only cash or credit card will be accepted after a check is returned.

We accept cash, check, Venmo, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Make a credit card payment online anytime by logging into our parent portal. (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover only.)

Dress Code

PROPER DANCE ATTIRE is required for all students!

Ballerinas must wear a black leotard with pink tights and their hair should be in a bun. Leg warmers, ballet skirts, and ballet sweaters are allowed. All other female dancers must wear a leotard (preferably black) or sports bra and dance shorts/leggings with tights. The only instance tights are not required is if the leggings are full-length.

Tops are allowed over the leotard or sports bra in tap, jazz, and lyrical classes, but must be removed at the instructor’s request.

Hip hop and acro are the only exceptions; tights and leotard are optional. Tank tops, t-shirts, gym shorts/pants, dance shorts/pants may be worn. No pajama bottoms or jeans.

Boys should wear a plain t-shirt and gym pants or shorts.

In all classes, hair must be secured away from the face in a bun, ponytail, or braid. (Short hair must be secured with a headband or clip.)

Small earrings are the only jewelry permitted. No hoop or dangling earrings, necklaces, bracelets, watches, activity bands, etc.

Jazz:
